After your first sale, we will set a commission that will decrease linearly after each sale. You only pay a commission after you made a sale.
We are very transparent about the revenue coming in and how we spent those. All vendors will get a quarterly report about our actions and how we help your business thrive in the e-commerce industry.

How do commission work on bene.luxe?
Joining and starting a shop on bene.luxe is free. There is a linear commission set for all vendors. Your first sale is free, we don’t take any commission on that (without shipping costs).
If you accept payments with Stripe, there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
t’s easy to set up a shop on bene.luxe. Create a bele.luxe account (if you don’t already have one), fill in the form and wait for our support team to contact you. Once your are approved you can set up your shop name, location, landing page, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid).
We will guide you through all steps. It’s possible to arrange a video call so we can help you to set up your store, see contact page.
How do I get paid?
If you accept payments with Stripe, funds from Stripe sales on bene.luxe will be deposited into your Stripe account. We encourage sellers to use a Stripe Business account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits.
Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. The commission after your first sale will automatically be calculated when you create your listing. When a buyer makes a payment, the payments goes straight to your Stripe account minus the commission.
What can I sell on bene.luxe?
Bene.luxe is a one-stop-shop for local luxury brands. By local we mean brands from The Netherlands or Belgium. We also allow dealers from luxury brands who are responsible for the market in Belgium and/or The Netherlands.
